The Staff Attorney is responsible for providing legal representation to non-citizen clients, including a wide range of services and for conducting presentations and trainings to internal and external audiences including community based organizations and other service based providers on matters of immigration law. Further, the Staff Attorney will be required to represent program before the Immigration Services during district stakeholder meetings and to collaborate with other organizations on issue pertaining to ILP’s mission. Expertise in the field of immigration law is essential to all aspects of the Staff Attorney’s duties.
