Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with respect to at least one specific area and/or function of law and for ensuring that all corporate governance standards are maintained, while minimizing legal exposure in these areas. Develops and monitors processes to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Manages litigation as assigned by litigation counsel. Directs, develops and motivates Administrative Assistants, Managers, Paralegals and other assigned staff (as needed) in the handling of the related activities.
