The role of Senior Corporate Counsel will be to provide legal support for company's Global and Americas Marketing Teams, Public Relations Team, and Connected Services Team. Legal support for the Marketing Teams includes advertising in all media, promotions, website content, and terms and conditions. The role may also include content licensing for movies, music, ringtones, games, and other consumer content, and legal support for company subsidiaries. Legal support for the Connected Services team includes review of EULAs, terms of use, hosted service agreements and legal review of on-device and web-based applications.
