Company is currently seeking a talented Corporate Attorney who has experience in general corporate matters including: contracts and licensing agreements, IP, consumer protection and advertising; administrative and regulatory law. This individual will provide legal services to internal clients related to various operational and transactional issues. Some of the responsibilities include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, oversee and direct Company’s Corporate Compliance Program, create or revise Company policies, provide legal advice to various internal client groups on advertising and IP related issues, and provide oversight to Company’s Quality Assurance Department.
