The assistant general counsel is a trusted advisor for a portfolio of centers and works closely with the operations and business development teams to provide guidance and risk assessments to grow the business in a legal and compliant manner. The individual who fills this position will represent the company and its affiliates in a variety of legal matters. This attorney will be the general counsel and primary legal contact for his/her assigned Group of facilities, providing accurate, constructive and timely legal advice and support to the Group in an efficient manner, through both direct work and effective management of outside counsel when warranted.
