Licensed general business attorney to provide legal support for business unit located in Chula Vista, CA. Practice involves handling a variety of transactional legal matters such as general advice and counseling, reviewing, drafting, interpreting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in development of standard document templates, review and approve non-standard terms, as needed. Ongoing training of contracts staff in job-specific tasks and other company employees in areas of confidentiality, antitrust regulations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other company compliance policies and procedures.
