Responsibilities In this position the incumbent will work under direct/moderate guidance from the Manager, Contracts & Warranty by performing the following tasks: Purchase Order Review, Contract Review, Quoting, & Loan Maintenance processing for incoming repair units. Will ensure accurate pricing per contractual obligations and time & material events, mitigating penalties and concessions. Ensure on time performance to require metric defined for core business processes. Heavy customer contact via email and phone, including support of status, shipment information, AOGs, retrofit activity, and account receivables among other tasks.
