We are looking for a full time Claims Attorney/Litigation Specialist to join our Westerville, Ohio office. Responsible for handling complex commercial general liability claims in suit, complex legal and coverage issues, legal research and managing claim related projects as they occur. Handle suits on third party litigated claim files, including collaborating with and managing outside counsel and complex litigated claim files as assigned. Analyze coverage issues on litigated claim files and claim files with potential for litigation.
