The attorney in this role will have primary responsibility for supporting one or more business units, reporting to the Associate General Counsel responsible for all business unit support. The successful candidate will provide broad coverage of all legal issues for the relevant business unit including related proposal and contract negotiations for a mix of commercial, academic and government customers including both cost plus and firm fixed price contracts. The attorney will be expected to work collaboratively with business unit leaders to understand the business, proactively identify issues, and provide guidance and support on efforts to generate revenue for the Company.
