This position will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the company across the categories detailed below. Maintain a running, prioritized and actionable strategic analysis of the evolving legal landscape as it pertains to all areas of company now and in the future and serve as strategic advisor to senior management and internal stakeholders vis-a-vis legal risk across each area of company. Maintain continually up-to-date understanding of all laws which company must be compliant with now and in the future and implement all business processes necessary to ensure timely company-wide compliance with such laws.
