The staff attorney position defends the company against lawsuits for Bodily Injury (BI) claims brought against the company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of civil litigation and insurance law as well as a strong work ethic. Responding to Complaints, Discovery Requests, and filing other Motions with the Court, as needed. Corresponding with Plaintiff attorneys to discuss cases and negotiate for the dismissal or resolution of cases at all stages in the litigation process.
