Reporting to the Associate General Counsel in managing the legal affairs of the System. This responsibility includes daily interaction with the members of the System's management team. Interacts with all areas of the System as well as external representatives of the legal system, regulatory agencies, political entities and others. Provides day to day legal advice to health system administration and employees regarding compliance of System with all applicable legal requirements, including federal, state, and local legislation and regulations, and recommends corrective action, as appropriate.
