The Staff Counsel position is within the US Trade and Distribution section of the Office of the General Counsel, which represents the sales and distribution function of the company. The primary role will be to provide counsel on both litigation and transactions regarding company’s independently owned dealerships and all aspects of the sale and distribution of the company’s products. In addition, this position will provide support to the following groups: Parts and Service, Fleet Sales, Dealer Audit, Service Contracts, Legislative Affairs and Sales/Incentives groups.
