The Corporate Counsel will work with our senior Corporate Counsel in support of company's Legal, Sales, and Finance Departments. This position will work under general supervision and will rely on experience and judgment to prepare, negotiate, and document transaction-related objectives. Review, draft, and negotiate software as a service ("SAAS"), license, maintenance, and services, and non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents, as required.
