Experienced Latin America transactional attorney to join team of lawyers supporting company's portfolio of over 80 owned, managed, franchised and joint-ventured hotel properties in The Americas. Work includes hotel development (new builds and conversions), operations (asset management, owner relations and contract compliance), transitions (dispositions, modifications, renewal, refinancing, debt restructuring, property improvement, defaults and terminations), construction and renovation projects, as well as general corporate, tax, litigation, labor, employment and related matters in over 15 Latin American countries. Reports to the General Counsel, Latin America.
