Company is currently looking to add a Associate General Counsel to our Legal Team in our Springfield, MO office. Manage the policies, procedures and personnel to achieve a fair and equitable resolution of pending claims and/or lawsuits. Assist in the selection of defense attorneys used to handle the lawsuits as they are assigned. Negotiate lawsuit files for a fair and equitable settlement. This requires extensive work in contacting all parties involved and interpreting various legal documents.
