Legal Department is seeking an attorney to provide legal support for the independent retail and institutional healthcare provider customer segments. In addition to contracting, the attorney will provide a wide array of counseling and legal support to address the customer segment needs, such as deal development, legal risk mitigation, customer relationship management and retention, and strategic initiatives and service offerings. As a critical contributor to US Pharma’s efforts to secure and retain customers, the attorney will have frequent interactions with internal stakeholders across multiple function groups, such as sales, finance, distribution operations, and product management.
