Review, recommend changes to, and negotiate a broad range of business agreements including, but not limited to, confidentiality agreements, indemnity agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, leases, shipping agreements, marketing agreements, distribution agreements, technology agreements, co-packing agreements, staffing and recruiting agreements, and agreements with customers. Identify business and legal risks and propose alternatives to mitigate risks involved in potential transactions and agreements. Coordinate review of contracts and other legal matters handled by outside counsel.
