Provides research, analyses, advice¸ and/or assistance on legal, policy, compliance, and regulatory issues and laws and regulations impacting various areas and functions of the Bank and the Bank Holding Company and with emphasis towards lending related matters. May develop and draft for review and approval company policies in accordance with regulatory guidance.
