Senior environmental, health & safety counsel who will work with companies to provide compliance advice regarding existing EH&S regulatory requirements and will provide strategic advice on emerging issues. This role requires substantive expertise in a broad range of EHS regulatory issues and media, and in addition to regulatory compliance and emerging issues, this role will include a focus on permitting, transactions, complex enforcement matters and investigations. This role will require interaction with manufacturing facilities, operations and business personnel including senior management, as well as interaction with regulators and effective management of outside counsel.
