The successful candidate will be employed as an Associate General Counsel -- Employment, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel --Litigation, Compliance and Employment. In this role, he or she will advise and counsel Human Resources, business leaders and managers worldwide on employment issues including: hiring, leave and accommodation, discipline, terminations, compliance, and compensation. The Associate General Counsel -- Employment will help develop employment policies and procedures both at the corporate and regionally levels worldwide.
