The Senior Counsel – Safety will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel for Compliance. This is a newly-created position due to the company’s strong growth and expansion. The Senior Counsel – Safety will counsel, support, and guide company leaders on workplace safety and other related construction industry regulatory issues to ensure that relevant company policies and procedures are effective, that management and employees comply with applicable workplace safety, health and related regulatory requirements, and that key company policies and procedures are successfully implemented and followed. The successful candidate has a total of at least 10 years of legal experience, with at least 4 years of experience with construction industry or safety issues.
