As a Legal Operation Intern, you will be a part of the Licensing Legal Department that partners with the functional and technical teams to operate a world class licensing organization, providing full service legal support in the areas of IP protection, third party agreements, regulatory, compliance, labor, trade controls, and general legal. The Global IP and Legal team members partner up to work some of the following: Monetizing IP and developing deal structures. Drafting technology and patent licensing agreements.
