Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate Counsel will assist in managing the legal affairs of company's US legal entity, which services more than 150,000 customers in the US and 1370 employees. This role is a critical partner to the US team with a focus of growing the US business. Areas of accountability will be the structuring, drafting, and negotiating of various types of customer, vendor, employment, and other agreements; researching and providing legal advice; assuring corporate governance; and general management of legal matters and outside counsel.
