Experienced real estate (hotel-based preferred) professional with extensive knowledge in real estate asset management. Responsible for extensive hotel performance analysis, real estate feasibility analysis, monitoring construction progress, analyzing projected completions timeframes & costs-to-complete, capital structuring, and analytical modelling. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with owners and capital sources. Analyzes financial data, and uses industry knowledge & existing economic conditions to formulate quantitative and qualitative recommendations related to the borrower/guarantor, asset valuations and develops capital recycling scenarios.
