The role will provide legal support for general corporate business transactions and projects, with a primary focus on domestic and international financing/lending projects and programs, and general support of the Company’s internal corporate finance needs and the Company’s domestic and international corporate transactional activity. This position will generally work under and with the guidance of the Assistant General Counsel; however, in certain circumstances will be expected to act as a first chair for projects and transactions. This role will also work closely on certain projects with and under guidance of other attorneys in the Legal Department, including the Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions and Counsel, Real Estate.
