This attorney will be based in our Lehi, UT offices and will be working on a broad range of outbound enterprise licensing and sales matters for on-demand services, managed services, on-premise software, and professional services – areas that are critical to company's success. The successful candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school, and have six plus years’ experience in negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the area of software licensing. Experience with supporting enterprise licensing and sales of on-demand service/cloud-based offerings is a strong plus.
