The Manager, Employment Law is responsible for providing legal advice on all aspects of employment law to Human Resources and business representatives throughout the Company and its affiliated Companies in the U.S and Canada. He/She will be responsible for managing and overseeing agency charges, investigations, and litigation matters, as directed and assigned by the Director, Employment Law, including management of outside counsel and case budgets. This person will provide guidance and counsel to Human Resources staff and business representatives as required and requested.
