The Assistant Legal Contracts Manager will support the Legal Department in all areas of corporate transactions including but not limited to: contractual documents, intellectual property, compliance issues, non-disclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements, legal research, labor laws and strategic planning. Prepare documents as necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. Provide advice to internal clients in developing key business strategies and finding creative solutions to complex business and legal issues on a broad range of issues related to the preparation of sales agreements.
