This position will assist and collaborate with the VP & Corporate Secretary to provide advice and support regarding securities matters and compliance with all applicable reporting and stock exchange requirements, including preparing and submitting SEC filings, proxy statements and annual shareholder meeting materials as required by law. The individual will provide support with earnings releases, analyst and investor conferences and disclosure matters. The position will also support the VP & Corporate Secretary in corporate governance matters, by providing guidance on board and committee governance, assisting with drafting board and committee meeting materials, reviewing and revising corporate governance documents and corporate policies and subsidiary management.
