This position involves partnering with sourcing and procurement professionals across company’s Global Foundation Services group (GFS) in support of commercial transactions for data centers around the world, including leading negotiations, providing comprehensive legal guidance, working with attorney colleagues and outside legal partners, and responding to supplier performance issues. Provide legal advice to GFS in support of their procurement strategies and issues. Provide proactive legal counseling on procurement topics, including intellectual property and licensing, general commercial law and contract interpretation on a global scale.
