Under the direction of company’s Vice President & Senior Corporate Attorney, provide legal counsel, advice and guidance for the Company’s commercial operations around the world. Provide (or manage the provision of) legal counsel, advice and guidance on all types of legal matters to assigned Company business units and corporate-wide service organizations, as directed, to insure maximum protection of the company’s legal rights, mitigation of legal risks, and continued legal compliance for the Company’s operations. Promote efficient and effective dispute resolution of potential and actual disputes.
