This position provides pro-active legal advice on employment law matters in support of both domestic (US) employee populations and personnel deployed to international locations for a major aerospace and defense contractor. Generalized responsibilities include: 1) Keeping current on legislative issues, statutes, Executive Orders, decisions and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies; 2) Evaluating facts and legal precedent to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting employment lawsuits; 3) Advising company regarding concerns for employment risk assessment.
