This position is responsible for: providing legal advice, support, and coordination more complex legal matters or projects; representing the Company in detailed or difficult litigation and administrative proceedings; providing legal support to divisional management on specific business issues; representing the Company in dealings with applicable regulatory bodies and government agencies; and providing advice and guidance to less experienced attorneys as required.
