Position requires a motivated commercial attorney with at least four (4) years of experience for an active in-house counsel position in busy but very collegial in-house department at the Alpharetta, GA office of a worldwide gaming and lottery company with over $1 billion in annual revenue. This position will be responsible for working on a wide variety of legal matters in support of the company’s global lottery division, with technology centers in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe and China. Such matters will include customer agreements and relations, vendor agreements and relations, e-commerce and technology issues, government procurement, regulatory compliance, software and other intellectual property licensing, general corporate governance, business and product development, government relations and other matters.
