Provides legal advice and business counsel to executive leadership and operational units in a variety of subject areas, including Medicaid Managed Care, HIPAA/HITECH and provider contracting. Assists Special Counsel in resolution of legal issues across all lines of business. Duties include, but are not limited to: Supports company’s Drafting and negotiating procurement and IT contracts, HIPAA business associate agreements and confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements. Handles corporate governance matters. Medicaid line of business on program, compliance and contracting matters.
