In this position, you will be a member of the Legal team and will provide administrative support for the Sr. Contracts and Risk Manager. Scanning and data entry including maintaining and updating documentation within the contract management system. Filing and organization of contracts and other documentation as requested. Research background information related to legal issues, gather records and files, and put information together to accomplish special projects in support of achieving business goals.
