The Assistant General Counsel—Business and Commercial is responsible for managing all of the internal and external legal resources supporting the business and commercial activities. In this role you will be responsible for the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, leases, and joint ventures, as well as coordinating licensing and regulatory compliance, both domestically and internationally. You will also oversee the corporate compliance of the Company’s subsidiaries.
