Provide global employment law advice and support to the company, including: providing counsel to all levels of HR professionals and managers on employment related legal issues; investigating and defending claims and litigation; educating HR professionals to mitigate risk on key HR responsibilities; and advising on the creation of best in class employment programs and policies. Manage outside counsel as needed for counseling, administrative claims and litigation matters, including participating in the selection of high quality, cost effective counsel, driving strategy and overseeing the course of the matter. Supervise and develop junior employment lawyer.
