Oversee day-to-day management of organization’s worldwide trademark portfolio including litigation matters, opposition proceedings and other disputes; anti-counterfeiting/infringement activities and other activities designed to address rights violations; preparation, filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications and registrations; preparation, review and supervision of documents assigning and recording trademark applications and registrations; review worldwide watch service reports and U.S. Official Gazette; search and clear marks for use/registration; review internal business partners’ submissions to determine whether there are any intellectual property clearance, use or other issues; and counsel clients on proper trademark use and clearance issues.
