Manage active docket of worldwide intellectual property prosecution, infringement and enforcement matters. Supervise U.S. and foreign outside counsel, and prepare and/or supervise preparation and filing of all documents and supporting materials, relating to prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and international trademark and copyright portfolio, including applications, amendments to allege use, statements of use, section 8 and 15 declarations, renewal applications, notices of appeal, office action responses, appeal briefs, assignments, Customs Office recordations, due diligence reports, etc. Conduct and analyze trademark and copyright clearance searches and render opinions regarding availability.
