Provides legal advice and counsel to management of the company regarding the company’s efforts to develop new and/or enhanced products and services as well as supports other in-house attorney’s and management in other matters, including without limitation, the company’s regulatory compliance matters, consumer lending, corporate, contracts, litigation, etc. Assists with analysis and drafting of vendor contracts. Provide direct legal support to the company’s product and service research and development team with minimal supervision.
