This position reports to the Vice President of Intellectual Property of company and will be responsible for both domestic and international patent, commercial and gaming litigation and intellectual property matters. Primary responsibilities for this position include management of all pending company litigation, patent novelty and clearance studies, and support of business units in technology acquisitions. We are currently seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our IP team.
