Within the Legal Department, the VP General Counsel North America will support all Market Units and Business Functions of company operating in North America in all legal matters by being aware of all major transactions company is engaged in, by managing third party legal advisors involved, assessing risk exposure within these transactions and by providing professional advice and recommendations to the North American management team. By being a strong business partner, the incumbent in this role will limit the risk exposure to the bottom line and company’s image whilst evaluating the commercial impact.
