The US and Legal and Compliance Department is responsible for transactional support, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering controls, for company’s US Operations. The Deputy General Counsel for Compliance and Corporate Governance (DGC-CCG) for company’s US operations is responsible for acting as a key advocate for Compliance Risk Management across company’s operations; assisting Executive and Senior Management to manage compliance risks by driving compliance awareness and accountability throughout the organization, managing the Compliance Department in the United States, which includes coordinating activities with and in support of other compliance related activities of other subsidiaries within the United States.
