Company is looking for a highly commercial lawyer, with specialist knowledge of music copyright and technology, to join the Music Group. The role reports to the Director of Music Licensing (who is based in London) and the successful candidate will be the second member of the Music Group. A central part of the role requires the preparation of the commercial and legal strategy for negotiating licenses with collecting societies. This involves working with internal stakeholders, reviewing technical & financial data, and taking ownership of the deal process from start to finish.
