The VP, General Counsel and Secretary will be a key member of, and will advise, our senior management team regarding all legal issue relating to company and its business, including the following: Review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including contracts with customers and suppliers, and equipment purchase contracts and leases. Managing the docket relating to, and providing advice regarding all litigation matters, including product liability, personal injury, employment practices/EEO, workers' compensation, significant collection matters, etc.
