The primary function of the Litigation Counsel is to handle all assigned litigation and other legal matters for Company, its subsidiaries and its policyholders, where and when no conflict exists between the two. The individual may also work with outside counsel and staff counsel by providing advice and other direct support including but not limited to filing responsive pleadings, answering discovery, and drafting pleadings and motions and communicating with the Claim department.
