Company is seeking a powerhouse Transactional Attorney with Global Employment Expertise to join its well-regarded yet lean Legal team. The Global Employment Attorney will be the primary liaison with our Human Resources function and will handle all legal matters related to employment including legal support in connection with recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, compensation, leaves of absence, return to work and accommodation issues, benefits, terminations and other global employment related topics as well as managing employee litigation. This attorney will also have bench strength to support other functions in the organization such as marketing and sales on an as needed basis.
