Company seeks to hire a Senior Director (with possible designation as Associate General Counsel depending on credentials and experience) to provide strategic and first class legal support to company’s wholly-owned subsidiary and its related businesses globally. The position reports to the Senior Vice President Marketplaces with matrixed reporting to the head of subsidiary.
